Do you see this message: ‘Cannot show dialog “DLG_ LICENCE”‘? You do not appear to be using Internet Explorer. Does the content of the red box below say: HTTPS TEST SUCCESSFUL? This test under Opera is unreliable.
Do you know where to start the Incredible Charts program? Do you know your password for Incredible Charts Pro? Have you tried the ‘I forgot my password’ link? Once you have clicked the link, your password will be emailed back to the address as shown on the form.
